This video shows club administrators how they can help to get their club ready for Adult Player Registration. Club administrators can review the 'Email Status' of their club's players on the Game Management System (GMS), and update this individually or 'in bulk'. It is important that players have an up to date, verified email address on their GMS account ahead of the rollout of Adult Player Registration from the 2024/25 season. From 2024/25 all players, in all formats of the game (including non-contact), will be required to register themselves to play rugby annually within RFU member clubs. The move to game-wide registration is intended to benefit the whole rugby community and brings rugby union in line with the majority of other Unions and other sports where this is common practice. ...more
